Eating Before Bed

From Scott: I have a bad habit eating before bed. I cant sleep if I don’t. Whats ideal amount of time before going to bed?

Hi Scott, There is no exact time. It really depends on what you’re eating and how the rest of your diet for the day is planned out. I actually eat very close to bed time a lot because I train jiu jitsu until 10:30 at night. My biggest meal is also my dinner after training (more…)
