Training Complexes For Fat Loss and Muscular Endurance.

So I am preparing for a grappling tournament which I have in a few weeks and also have been working a little more on body composition which normally is not on my agenda anytime of the year. So a type of routine that both adds benefits to the mirror as well as my conditioning for my sport would be complexes. I love complexes because you do not need a shit ton of equipment to do them. A good ol’ trusty pair of dumbbells is all you need.
